Wednesday, March 28, 2007 updates on my 3rd day of PRCP.....
today was so- so cos im attached with a staff nurse who is like 1/2 a year old...omg! the way he talk to me is like he is sooo big...the one that makes me pissed of when i wanted to off drain...
me: erm ...staff i have not off drain before..
staff: (looking at me) soo...what are u trying to hint me here??
me : (pissed) its not that i do not want to do, i want to do. BUT i need u to supervise me.
staff: ok..
he just walk off.. he is a male staff nurse... but he is DAMN STUPID. he was asking me for the patients weight ...but i could not find it...it was not documented...so i told him." dun have" he give me that unhappy look and rolled his eyes on me. and said "where can dun have one!?" sooo he checked personally and its really not documentated at all...it stated there UNFIT. sooo he paiseh already...he walked off...
then i did one dressing. and i forgot to put the cot sides up( which actually no need and i want tot sabotage him )cos the patient is ambulating on his own...one EN tell him off,
" eh u want my patient to fall is it..." he apologized to the nurse....i was at the counter documenting my wound chart..he came to me and say,
" i told u to tidy up the place and u did not do it...and im the one who get the scolding" next time pls do it!
guess what i replied to him
" OH REALLY...THATS BAD...! he gave me that pissed off look and he walked off again...hahah....
but at the end of the day i really learn alot la...my SSN taught me about the different on-call doctors....the ward teams...it can be a bit confusing soooo many doctors to call and i do not think i can remember everything...the CD drugs...and the non- standard drugs....
the ward sis was telling us..."next week i am going to test u all on the e-trolley, defib, and the oxylog....if u dunnoe i will fail u ..." in 2 weeks can fail the PRCP IS IT??
I was tired la....need to learn alot of things...but its for my own good la...
anyways...aini got suspended from sch...i dunnoe for how many days....cos she came late alot of times and she even use her frends name to record.!! serve her right....im here all alne in the house...did my prayers everything...and yeah i went to the mosque with my mum and hear the SYARAHAN...its like a talk la...i find it interesting and i really learnt alot from it...too bad...next week she be on leave..so no class...
im doing something for someone...its a surprise...need to get it done la... soo adios ..amigos....
thats about it la...
